Player Development
It's all about the training!

At Conejo Valley United we are committed to player development and we recognize that the single biggest factor in the continued growth of each player is quality training. To that end we have assembled a training staff that may be the finest in Southern California. We invite you to contact our staff and arrange to join us as a guest with a team in your age division so that you can see the difference.

Here’s what others have said...

  • "Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect." -- Vince Lombardi
  • "It is not enough to do your best: you must know what to do, and THEN do your best." -- W. Edwards Deming
  • "The values learned on the playing field... how to set goals, endure, take criticism and risks, become team players, use our beliefs, stay healthy and deal with stress... prepare us for life."  Donna de Varona
