Coach Sebastian "Sabby" Alvarado, after leading the Oaks Christian HS Girls Varsity to the 2010-11 California State Champioship, is now calling for girls to try out for his 2011-12 League Season team. Candidates for roster spots must be able to play at the upper Silver or Silver Elite levels. They must be able to reach above average fitness. They should have the mental agility and confidence to make split-second decisions. Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills are essential.
The team's goal is simple... to build upon Coach Sabby's success in the recent HS Season. Sabby is a serious student of the game, and is one of the truly outstanding practitioners of technical soccer training. He "talks the talk" and more importantly, he "walks the walk". Come see first hand this rising star in the local world of competitve girls soccer as Sabby leads his girls in practice sessions.
